How are courier prices determined?
At Kuryetex the price has three parts: the distance between pickup and delivery points, parcel size and parcel weight. The calculator shows an estimate instantly from these three inputs. The exact price is shared with you on WhatsApp once the addresses are clear.
Distance and area
Istanbul is a large city, so the price rises in steps depending on which area the parcel goes from and to. Shipments within the same area get the best price. The longer the distance, the higher the price. For shipments between the European and Anatolian sides, the bridge crossing is added to the distance.
Parcel size and weight
- Documents and small parcels: no extra fee
- Medium parcel: +75 TL
- Large parcel: +100 TL
- Weight up to 5 kg: no extra fee
- Over 5 kg: +15 TL for each extra kg
Other factors that affect the price
Outside the standard tariff — at very busy hours, in bad weather, or for deliveries that need special waiting — we may share extra information. In these cases you see the exact price on WhatsApp when you order; no extra fee is applied without your approval.
